Specialty Pole Classes (all pole classes are 45 minutes)
Wildside Pole Introduction- This is a 20 minute demo for the beginner. It's the perfect introduction. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Wildside Pole 101- Beginners- Be ready once you take this class you're HOOKED..In this class you'll learn your basic pole and spin moves.
Wildside Pole 102- Prerequisite- must have beginners 101- Now that you're comfortable with your pole, it's time to add some more fun moves to help build that upper body strength and endurance. Time to start going upside down!
Wildside Pole 103-Prerequisite 101, 102 Well you've got it now!! Your pole hooked! In this class you'll start learning combinations spins and moves. Going upside down just come natural.
Introduction to Pole- Description above
Pole fitness - All levels welcome- This class is 70% pole and upper body work and 30% abs and legs this will challenge your upper body and grip strength. This class you can take as often as you like. Develop your muscular strength and increase your endurance. This class will help your pole moves look more graceful (Heels, tennis shoes or bare feet)
Open Pole Play- This class is for all levels. Come in and practice your moves with girls that are beginners to advanced. Fun learning atmosphere.
Pole n Plyometrics -All levels welcome. This is a total body workout combining the pole, balls, bands, weights and plyometric moves. Combining both workouts together will give you the ultimate workout. (tennis shoes)
Basic Pole Moves- Completion of 101 is recommended but all levels are welcome. This class will help sharpen the pole moves you may already have or moves you are practicing. No transitions or routines in this class.
Group fitness classes (group classes are 45 Minutes)
Booty Camp- All levels welcome-This class will take you to a new level. This class will tighten and tone your assets with some Wildside flair. You will do lunges, squats, circuit and resistance training and lots of booty drills. (tennis shoes required)
Spinning (bicycles)- If you want beautiful legs...This class is for you...This bike ride will be a ride of a lifetime with major fat burning...30 minute class
Kick Boxing, Zumba and much much more...
Tired of the same old parties!!! We'll offer you an exciting, adventurous alternative to the same old boring parties at Wildside Pole and Fitness Studio. This will be an unforgettable night of fun and laughter. Minimum of 5 ladies.
